The terms for using Surelee.
Agreement
By using Surelee, you agree to these terms and the applicable app-store terms. Surelee is a household organization tool and is not a medical, emergency, security-monitoring, or professional-care service.
Who can use Surelee
Surelee's local features need no account. Creating a Surelee account, which enables cloud sync across your devices, requires you to be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use Surelee only with a parent or guardian's permission, and any purchase must be made by the person responsible for the payment method. Surelee is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
Your household content
You remain responsible for routines, reminders, proof media, and other content you create or share. Do not upload content you lack permission to use. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and account. You can delete your account and request deletion of the data synced to your Surelee account from inside the app at any time, subject to the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Surelee Premium automatically renews for the subscription period and price shown at purchase unless canceled through your app-store account. Your store handles billing, refunds, renewal, cancellation, and any trial or promotional offer. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Service availability
Local features are designed to work without a network connection. Cloud, authentication, billing, and third-party services may be interrupted. Features may change as the product develops, but canceling or losing Premium does not delete your local household data.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use Surelee to violate law or another person's rights. Access may be limited when needed to protect users or the service.
Apple standard EULA
For downloads through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
